First, you fill out an inquiry form providing details of your needs and space. A SpaceCraft team member will follow up with you within 24hrs to discuss your needs in more depth. A consultation can be via phone or video - visuals are important in this step!
After assessing your needs the SC team member will create a custom plan for your space and send to you to for feedback and approval.
If approved it is time to book! We will send you a service agreement and collect a deposit at time of booking.
It depends on the space! Closets or pantries can be completed in 1 or more sessions (4hrs+) , while entire rooms may take 2 or more sessions (8 hrs+ ). If you add on cleaning services, or furniture assembly that will add on extra time. Depending on the state of the space prior to decluttering, the length of time can vary.
Totally up to you! We are happy (and prefer sometimes) to work autonomously, with check in's to you when needed (especially during decluttering). However, you can be as involved as you'd like. If you want to be there for the decluttering, and then scram for the organizing, go for it! You wanna be there the whole way and learn our process, that's cool too!
Not necessarily. We love to reuse bins you already have (let's save some plastic!) or bins you've bought, but we are happy to provide bins and boxes so you don't have to worry about it (with an extra cost for products).
